What the flow could earn
Move the sliders to your own numbers. The defaults are cautious starting guesses: most digital-product email lists convert 1–5% of subscribers.
Leaves out Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢) and Brevo’s plan cost. Brevo’s free plan sends 300 emails a day, which covers roughly the first 150–200 sign-ups a month.
Five ways to raise those numbers
- Lead with the matched offer. Day 3 already speaks to each Snapshot result. Track clicks per branch in Brevo and rewrite the weakest one first.
- Make the bundle the obvious pick. Reset to Rest + Calm Nights is $134 separately and $117 bundled. Show both prices side by side, with the bundle in the middle, to nudge more buyers toward it.
- Launch price for the first 7–14 days. 20–30% off Calm Nights for the list (“$69 this week, then $97”) rewards early families and gets your first reviews in.
- Test two subject lines. The offer emails each have an A/B alternative (shown above). Keep the winner and test again.
- Collect reviews by reply. Night 21 and Day 12 ask for one sentence. Every review strengthens the sales pages and the next Day 3 email.
Brevo setup checklist
- Sender. In Brevo → Senders & IP, add
georgia@thyme4sleep.comand authenticate the thyme4sleep.com domain (DKIM + DMARC), so emails land in the inbox rather than spam. - Lists. Create four lists: Leads, Reset to Rest buyers, Calm Nights buyers, Clients. Note each list’s ID number.
- Attributes. Contacts → Settings: add text attributes
SNAPSHOT,SNAPSHOT_RESULT,LEAD_SOURCE,LAST_PURCHASE. - Netlify. Add
BREVO_API_KEYandBREVO_LIST_LEADS/_RESET/_CALM/_CLIENTS(the IDs) as environment variables, then redeploy. The quiz, the Gentle Sleep Reset form and Stripe purchases then add people to Brevo automatically. - Stripe webhook. In Stripe → Developers → Webhooks, point
checkout.session.completedathttps://thyme4sleep.com/api/stripe-webhookand add its signing secret asSTRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET. - Templates. Copy each email’s HTML from the previewer into a Brevo template.
- Automations. Build four workflows, each triggered by “contact added to list”:
Welcome (Leads → Day 0, 1, 2 → condition on
SNAPSHOTfor Day 3 → Day 5), Reset to Rest, Calm Nights (with “clicked link” conditions for the check-in buttons) and Personalised support. Set “exit if contact is in list Clients” on every workflow. - Test. Take the quiz with your own address, buy with a Stripe test card, and check that each email arrives and every button lands in the right place.
Add a postal address. Anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM) requires a physical mailing address in every marketing email. Add it in Brevo’s sender settings or to the template footer before sending.
